Electrolyser manufacturing is the industrial backbone of the hydrogen economy. Europe is racing to build gigawatt-scale production capacity, and every major OEM — from ITM Power and Nel to Plug Power, Enapter, and Sunfire — is hiring the engineers, manufacturing leaders, and commercial talent to make it happen.
The talent challenge is specific: electrolyser companies need people who understand electrochemistry, membrane and stack engineering, and manufacturing scale-up — but they're also competing with semiconductor and battery manufacturers for many of the same process engineering and quality profiles.
We recruit at senior level across all four major technology platforms: PEM (proton exchange membrane), alkaline, AEM (anion exchange membrane), and SOEC (solid oxide). We understand the technical differences between platforms and, more importantly, we know who is working where — and who might be ready for a move.
